1.Accepting these terms接受条款

By using authany.com, the console and Authany’s services (the “service”), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a company or another organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.使用 authany.com、管理台和 Authany 的服务（下称“服务”），即表示你同意本条款和隐私政策。如果你代表公司或其他组织使用，你确认有权代表它同意本条款。

2.The service服务内容

Authany provides sign-up, sign-in, single sign-on and user management for your applications. Features and limits are as published in the free plan section of our website and in the console. Public sign-up is not open yet; we open accounts by hand.Authany 为你的应用提供注册、登录、单点登录和用户管理。功能和额度以官网免费版一节和管理台里公布的为准。公开注册目前未开放，账号由我们人工开通。

3.Your account账号

• Use a real email address that you can receive mail at, and keep your sign-in credentials safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.使用真实、能收到邮件的邮箱，并妥善保管登录凭据；账号下发生的操作由你负责。
• Each account can create 1 project by default. Contact us if you need more.每个账号默认可以创建 1 个项目，需要更多请联系我们。
• Tell us right away if someone else is using your account.发现账号被他人使用，请立即告诉我们。

4.Your projects and your users你的项目和你的用户

• The data in your projects, including your end users’ data, belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.你项目里的数据，包括终端用户的数据，归你所有；我们只为提供服务，按隐私政策处理。
• You are responsible for your application and your users: telling them how you handle their information, obtaining the consents you need (including any needed for a cross-border transfer), and complying with applicable law.你对你的应用和你的用户负责：向用户说明你如何处理他们的信息，取得必要的同意（包括个人信息出境所需的同意），并遵守适用的法律。
• You must have the right to use the names, logos and content you put on your sign-in pages.登录页上的名称、Logo 和内容必须是你有权使用的。
• Third-party services you connect, such as WeChat, Google, SMS providers, SMTP and hook endpoints, are governed by their own terms.你接入的第三方服务（例如微信、Google、短信服务商、SMTP 和 Hook 的接收端）受其各自的条款约束。

5.Acceptable use禁止的用途

You may not use the service to:你不得利用服务：

• impersonate anyone or their brand, build phishing pages, or trick people into giving up accounts, passwords or other information;冒充他人或其品牌，制作钓鱼页面，骗取他人的账号、密码或其他信息；
• send spam or unsolicited messages;发送垃圾邮件或未经请求的消息；
• spread malware, attack or probe this service or anyone else’s systems without authorisation, or get around limits and quotas;传播恶意软件，未经授权攻击或探测本服务或他人的系统，或绕过额度和限制；
• do anything unlawful or infringe anyone’s rights.从事违法活动，或侵犯他人的权利。

If you break these rules we may suspend or close the projects or accounts involved, without notice where the situation is urgent.发现违反的，我们可以暂停或终止相关的项目或账号；情况紧急时可以不事先通知。

6.Price, limits and changes费用、额度和变更

• The service is free for now. If we introduce paid plans we will announce them in advance, and we will never charge you without your knowledge.服务目前免费。以后如果推出付费方案，我们会提前公布，不会在你不知情的情况下向你收费。
• We may change features and limits. For changes that significantly and adversely affect you, we will try to give you 30 days’ notice by email.我们可以调整功能和额度；对你有重大不利影响的变更，我们会尽量提前 30 天通过邮件通知你。
• If we stop offering the service, we will give at least 30 days’ notice and time to export your data.如果我们停止提供服务，会至少提前 30 天通知，并留出时间让你导出数据。

7.Availability and support可用性和支持

The service is provided as is, with no commitment on uptime or response times. We work to keep it running and back it up daily, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Support is by email at hello@authany.com.服务按现状提供，不承诺可用率或响应时间。我们会尽力维护服务、每天备份数据，但不保证服务不中断或没有错误。支持通过 hello@authany.com 提供。

8.Intellectual property知识产权

• The Authany name, logo, website and service are ours. The service includes open-source software, which is governed by its own licences.Authany 的名称、标识、网站和服务归我们所有。服务中包含开源软件，受其各自的许可证约束。
• Your content is yours. You permit us to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service, for example showing your logo on your sign-in page.你的内容归你。你授权我们为提供服务所必需地存储、处理和展示这些内容，例如在你的登录页上显示你的 Logo。

9.Ending the service终止

• You can stop using the service at any time, and ask us to close your account by emailing hello@authany.com.你可以随时停止使用，并发邮件到 hello@authany.com 要求注销账号。
• After your account is closed, we delete your projects and data from the production database within 30 days. Copies in audit logs and backups are removed as described in the Privacy Policy.账号注销后，我们在 30 天内从生产数据库删除你的项目和数据；审计日志和备份中的副本按隐私政策所述清除。
• If you break these terms, we may suspend or end the service for you as described under Acceptable use.你违反本条款的，我们可以按禁止的用途一节所述暂停或终止向你提供服务。

10.Disclaimers and liability免责和责任限制

To the fullest extent the law allows:在法律允许的最大范围内：

• we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, business or data;我们不对间接、附带或后果性损失负责，例如利润、业务或数据的损失；
• our total liability relating to the service is limited to the greater of US$100 and the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.我们与服务有关的全部责任，以 100 美元或你在索赔前 12 个月内向我们支付的费用两者中较高者为限。

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.本条款不排除或限制依法不能排除或限制的责任。

11.Governing law适用法律

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute will first be settled through good-faith discussion; failing that, it goes to the courts of Hong Kong.本条款适用中华人民共和国香港特别行政区法律。发生争议时，双方先友好协商；协商不成的，提交香港特别行政区法院处理。

12.Changes to these terms条款变更

We publish changes here with a new date and give advance notice of significant changes by email. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept it.我们会在本页公布变更并更新日期；重大变更会提前通过邮件通知你。变更生效后你继续使用服务，即视为接受。
